Emily is a registered Health Psychologist and a member of the Australian Psychological Society (BAppSc (Psych)(Hons), DPsych (Health), MAPS)

Emily has experience working in a range of public health settings. Over the past four years Emily has worked at a major tertiary hospital in Melbourne with children and adolescents with chronic pain. Emily has an interest in perinatal mental health and has experience working with women with postnatal depression, anxiety and attachment difficulties. Emily splits her time between clinical work and teaching/research. Over the last seven years she has been teaching Psychology undergraduate courses at Deakin University lecturing in Health Behaviour Change.

Emily is committed to helping her patients live a full and meaningful life despite pain and learning practical strategies to help manage pain on a day to day basis. Emily values the importance of working within a multidisciplinary team and working collaboratively with other health care providers to achieve the best outcomes for patients.
