Since completing his Bachelors degree at the University of South Australia in 2015,  Michael has been practicing as a Physiotherapist across multiple sites in Melbourne.

Michael has a diverse range of experience in sports and rehabilitation in private practice, community health, post-surgical and aged care settings. Over time, he has developed an interest in a multidisciplinary approach to managing chronic pain.

Michael wishes to support his patients in reaching their maximum potential to carry out their daily activities and enjoy what they value most. As a clinician, he aims to work alongside patients to empower and support them in setting and achieving their short and long term goals. Michael strongly believes in an interdisciplinary and patient-centred approach to dealing with chronic pain. He endeavours to create practical and evidence based exercise programs, tailored to meet his patients needs in a personalised and collaborative manner. He enjoys educating patients as well as understanding and listening to their experiences with pain and rehabilitation in order to work towards returning to their full functional capacity. Michael continually strives to learn from and apply the latest evidence-based research, adapting it to motivate and encourage patients along their journey to recovery.

My aim is to assist patients in overcoming chronic pain and to feel more empowered to move and do the things they enjoy most with less pain.
