We continue to prioritise patient and visitor safety, while maintaining continuity of care.

Appointments with our pain specialists and allied services team continue at our Richmond and Heidelberg rooms, provided a range of safety protocols are satisfied in advance and on entry to our rooms. Detailed information will be sent to you before your appointment, clearly outlining our entry protocols.

Please note, hand hygiene and the wearing of masks (correctly) remain a condition of entry. The mask must cover your mouth and nose.

All visitors to our rooms must wear a mask. No exceptions will be made.

If you have concerns about visiting our rooms, or attending a scheduled theatre admission, please contact our rooms directly or discuss them with your treating clinician during your next consultation.
